Service Description

SOULGLOW Beats is a vinyasa flow style yoga class created to get you out of your head and into your body… and to have some fun while doing it! We will flow through our sequences to groovy tunes or retro music and leave space to incorporate your favourite posture(s) before closing off with a juicy savasana and meditation. An intermediate level class, you can expect to increase your strength, flexibility, and stability and to foster more calm, ease and high vibration energy for your day.
